We review every application by hand. Your business must be registered and its registered activities must be relevant to the motorcycle, automotive, parts, workshop, retail or ecommerce trade.

Product purchases are not included in the monthly subscription. The subscription gives you access to the platform; the parts you order are paid separately through your MX Wholesale account.
How payments work
Your monthly subscription covers access to MX Wholesale. The motorcycle parts you order are paid separately. You can use a prepaid account balance or pay orders individually, depending on the payment methods available in your account. New dealer accounts operate on prepayment. Payment terms may become available later by agreement.

What is MX Wholesale?
MX Wholesale is a European wholesaler of motorcycle parts for dealers, webshops, workshops and dropshippers. We supply the range with clean product data and ship to you or straight to your customer.
What does a dealer account cost?
Basic costs € 49 per month and is intended for manual ordering. Pro costs € 99 per month and includes ecommerce integrations such as the Shopify app and supported webshop connections. Product orders are paid separately.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic gives you access to dealer prices and lets you place orders manually through MX Wholesale. Pro adds webshop integrations, automatic stock and price updates and automated ecommerce workflows.
Is Shopify included in Basic?
No. The MX Wholesale Shopify app and automatic webshop integrations are available with Pro.
Who can open a dealer account?
MX Wholesale is for registered businesses. We manually review the company registration and registered business activities before approving an account. We ship across Europe; with a valid VAT number we supply without VAT.
Do I need a webshop?
No. Basic is also suitable for workshops, physical motorcycle shops and dealers that want to order manually. A webshop is only necessary if you want to use the ecommerce integrations available with Pro.
How do I pay for orders?
Your subscription and product purchases are separate. Product orders can be paid using your available MX Wholesale balance or individually using the payment methods available in your account.
Can I buy on account?
New accounts work on a prepaid basis. Payment terms may be offered later to established customers by individual agreement.
How fast is delivery?
What you order before 16:00 on a working day leaves the warehouse the same day. In the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany that means next working day at your customer. For the rest of Europe we count on 2 to 4 working days, depending on the country. Your customer receives the tracking code directly.
How do returns work?
Your customer returns the item to our warehouse. We inspect it and settle the amount with you. If you work with a prepaid balance, we credit it there. If you settle per order, you receive a credit note that is offset against your next invoice. You arrange nothing with the distributor yourself.
How long does the review take?
Usually one to two working days. We look at your registration, your business activities and your company description, and then get in touch.
