Who processes your data

MX Wholesale is responsible for processing your data. The full company details are at the bottom of every page. You can reach us at info@mx-wholesale.eu.

What we ask for and why

When you fill in the application form we ask for your company name, the kind of business you run, your country, optionally your registration and VAT number, your web address, the contact person, an email address, a phone number and a short description of what you sell.

We use those details to assess your application and to get in touch. The legal basis is the preparation of an agreement with your company. The registration and VAT number serve to establish that your company exists and whether we may supply without VAT.

How long we keep them

If an application leads to a dealer account we keep the data for as long as that relationship lasts and seven years after it, because our bookkeeping is bound to that term. A rejected application is deleted within twelve months.

Who we share them with

The site runs at our hosting provider and email goes through Microsoft 365. Those parties process your data on our instruction and may not use it for anything else. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets two functional cookies and nothing else. If you pick a language yourself, mxw_lang remembers that choice for a year. If you fill in the form or open the demo, a session cookie is needed to carry you through those steps; it disappears when you close your browser.

The visitor counter is our own and works without a cookie. It stores no IP address but a hashed abbreviation that changes every day, so yesterday’s visit can no longer be traced today.

Your rights

You may see your data, have it corrected or deleted, and you may object to the processing. Send a message to info@mx-wholesale.eu and we will respond within a month. If you disagree with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your own country.

Changes

If anything in this statement changes we update the date at the top of the page. The version on this page is always the one that applies.
